World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Upgrades to items are an essential element of enhancing your character. Upgrades boost damage to items and enhancements.
They also provide rewards and upgrades. The Blacksmith can sell them to you.
The upgrade button can be found on any item. Each recycled item adds a level to the gauge for upgrading.
Weapon
When an item is upgraded, it is granted a base damage bonus and a scaling factor that influences other stats. Certain upgrade components have aesthetic effects while others give additional features. At the moment, this trinket will make X% of floors fill with water or grass, but doesn't affect enchantments or glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or other items created to aid in the elimination of hazards.
While it looks like an ordinary eye of a newt, this mysterious object appears to be affecting your vision in ways other than just reducing your field view. This trinket, at the moment level, increases the health benefits of drinking healing potion and wells of life by X% and gives you mind-sight on enemies within the Y tile. This does not stack with Heightened Senses.
Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you have completed the Mastery Cave. You will find them when you defeat Monsters and in chests and crates. They cannot be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
Place the trinket into the Anvil whenever it is required to be upgraded. This will have an unpredictable effect on the trinket either extending its lifespan or enhancing its effects. You can reorge the Trinket as many times as you like, but it will always have an impact that is different from the one it was when you forged it.
You can also upgrade your Trinkets at the Alchemy Station by placing them into the Magical Catalyst. This will cost you 6 energy, but increase the power of the trinkets by a small amount.
